More About Lindsay Masciana
Lindsay Masciana
Integrated Attachment Theory™ and Styling Coach
Since I was little, I dreamed of living a life that was both glamorous and meaningful. This passion led me to study fashion design at Parsons School of Design in New York City, where I got to live out my dream in the fashion industry. But even after achieving this milestone, I found myself searching for deeper fulfillment and real, lasting change in my life.
My journey brought me to The Personal Development School, where I finally began to understand the patterns that had kept me feeling frustrated and disconnected. Studying attachment theory gave me relief and clarity—suddenly, I could see the “why” behind my behavior and relationships. I dove into the lessons and exercises, passionate about understanding the inner workings of the mind, how people connect, and how to create change that feels empowering.
Today, as a certified Integrated Attachment Theory™ coach and clothing stylist, I bring a creative, holistic approach to my coaching. My journey began with a passion for style and evolved into a commitment to personal growth. I combine my expertise in self-expression through fashion with powerful attachment theory tools, empowering clients to cultivate both inner confidence and outer authenticity. Whether you're exploring deep self-development or refining your personal style, we'll work together to craft a fulfilling, integrated path that resonates with who you truly are.
I believe that the best coaching relationships are built on a strong, mutual foundation of trust, compatibility, and shared goals. Before we start, we'll take time to explore whether we’re a good fit for one another, ensuring that my approach aligns with your unique needs and that you feel fully supported in your journey. This process allows us both to start our work with clarity and confidence, setting the stage for a transformative coaching experience.

The meaning of
Mind Jardin
&
Inspiration
Mind Jardin (noun)
Concept: a metaphor for the garden of our mind to include the thoughts and beliefs that influence and direct our feelings, world perceptions, willpower, and actions.
Classification: Franglish (French + English)
Meaning of jardin: French for garden.
Phonetic spelling of jardin: j-AA-r-d-ee-n
Gardening the Mind (verb phrase)
Taking care of our “mind garden” means cultivating awareness of inner dialogue and patterns, creating habits of self-compassion for where we are and where we have been, seeing our emotions as feedback mechanisms, showing up for our needs, and reprogramming our subconscious mind to create the life of our dreams.
Inspiration:
Claude Monet’s vision and the world creation of his flower and water lily gardens in Giverny, France. He obtained government permission to direct water from the Seine River to form the beautiful and peaceful haven where he painted his world-famous water lily series.
Application:
Our subconscious mind directs up to 97% of our choices and actions. When we are empowered with the tools to influence our subconscious mind, we have the freedom to consciously co-create our external world with our actions and re-actions.
